We are looking for instructors who bring professionalism, strong communication skills, patience, leadership, and a passion for hospitality.

Our instructors are expected to possess broad and practical knowledge of:

Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who can teach, motivate, and inspire students while helping prepare them for real bartending environments.

Teaching or training experience is a plus, but real-world industry experience, professionalism, and personality are most important.

If you are passionate about bartending, hospitality, and helping others succeed in the industry, we would love to hear from you.
