Caipirinha

Muddle in a mixing glass limes and cane sugar,next add shake with ice and serve with soda water or sprite if you like it sweeter

Table spoon sugar
6 lime wedges
1 oz. Cachaca Brazilian liquor
Soda water
Splash sweet &sour(optional)
shake

The term caipira refers to a person from the countryside or hillbilly, this is the working mans drink of Brazil. It can also be made with fresh fruits such as oranges , pineapple and even chilies. This is rum made from fermented sugar cane juice then its distilled, compared to rum that is made from molasses.

Buttery Nipple

BUTTERY NIPPLE

Build in a shot glass or shake and strain

¾ oz Butterscotch Schnapps or brandy
¾ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

This shot is sweet and delicious it can be made with brandy or butter scotch schnapps its up to you or the bartender. I prefer to have it with the butterscotch.

Brave Bull

BRAVE BULL

Build drink in a rocks glass with ice

1½ oz Tequila
½ oz Kahlua
build

Now I know that this does not sound that great but you can’t knock it till you try it. Please don’t use cheap Tequila or the drink will be horrible , it’s got a great flavor the Kahlua smooths out the Tequila and makes a nice drink. For a different twist top it off with some cream or horchata .

Fill mixing cup with ice, shake and strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass

½ oz Brandy
½ oz Dark Creme de cacao
2 oz cream
Sprinkle with nutmeg

If you like the taste of eggnog with a hint of chocolate this is a good classic cocktail to try. Its great for after dinner try it instead of dessert.

Build in a ice filled rocks glass and drink rapidly through two straws until the drink is gone.

1 oz Vodka
½ Blackberry Schnapps
Splash of soda

½ oz Galliano
½ oz Apricot Brandy

This drink uses some older type of liquors that may not be as readily available these days. But if you get a chance to make this drink it is very good and has a very unique taste.

Boccie Ball

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and stir to perfection.

1 ½ oz Amaretto
Fill with equal amounts of orange juice and soda

The taste of almonds from the Amaretto and orange juice go together very well, the soda water balances out the drink and makes it less sweet.

½ oz Rum
½ oz Blue Curacao
½ oz Myer’s Dark Rum
1 oz sweet/sour
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz and orange juice
shake
Garnish with a cherry

You cant go wrong with rum and juice , This tropical drink is blue like the ocean and tastes like a relaxing day on the beach ask your beach bartender to make you one.

Layer ingredients into a shot glass

¾ oz Kahlua
¾ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Top with whipped cream

The blow job is a sweet shot that has the flavor of coffee from the Kahlua and coffee , chocolate , creamy whiskey flavor from the Bailey’s top with whipped cream and let the embarrassment begin.
