  3. Top with splash of soda

  5. Garnish with a cherry

The Tom Collins is a summer classic its light with a gin and sour flavor the soda water lightens it up and gives it some bubbles. Ask the old school bartender to shake one up.

Planters Punch

PLANTERS PUNCH

  1. 1 ½ oz Dark Rum
  2. 1/2 ounce 151 Rum (optional)
  3. Fill with equal parts sweet and sour, orange and pineapple juice
  4. Grenadine Syrup
  5. shake
  6. Garnish with a cherry

Build the drink in a tall glass shake and serve with a pineapple garnish. This is tropical drink that has a full bodied dark rum, the juice brings out the taste of the Islands and for a little extra punch your bartender can add some 151 proof rum.

Margarita

  1. 1 oz Tequila
  2. ½ oz Triple Sec
  3. 2 oz sweet/sour
  4. Salt rim of glass
  5. shake
  6. Garnish with lime wedge

A true classic , Margaritas can be made on the rocks or blended. It has a refreshing lemon and lime taste. You can ask your bartender to make it many different ways just ask them to make you one and enjoy.

This is a great drink for a holiday party that does not have a lot of steps. Your can make either sweet or dry depending on the type of Champagne or cranberry juice you use.
